By accessing or using any services provided by Technogetic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Technogetic offers a range of digital services including, but not limited to:

• Custom software development
• Web and mobile application development
• UI/UX design
• Cloud architecture and DevOps
• Digital marketing and SEO
• IT consulting and strategy

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project delivery
• Respond to communications in a timely manner to avoid project delays
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Ensure you have the legal rights to any content, assets, or materials you provide to us

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, ownership of the final deliverables (source code, designs, and related assets) is transferred to the client.

Technogetic retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary methodologies used during development remain the property of Technogetic.

All projects are subject to a mutually agreed payment schedule outlined in the project proposal or contract.

• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Milestone-based payments are due upon completion of each agreed phase
• Final delivery will be made only after full payment is received
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request before project discussions begin.

Technogetic shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability in any matter related to the services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Revisions within the agreed project scope are included as specified in the project proposal.

Any changes that fall outside the original scope will be treated as new work and may be subject to additional charges and revised timelines.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days.

In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.

Technogetic reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
